For which occasions can I schedule Voicemail Memoirs Ring?
Voicemail Memoirs is available for a wide array of significant events, including weddings, engagement parties, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, retirement parties, and any other celebration you can imagine!
What are your rates?
We tailor our pricing to suit your requirements. Upon filling out our Contact and Booking Form with your event specifics, we'll furnish you with a customized quote.
Can the phone be tested prior to event?
Yes! You will receive instructions with your phone on how to set up your phone. After recording your greeting test out the phone before your big day! We recommend leaving a message for yourself ahead of the big day.
Does the phone rental come with instructions for the guest to read to help them use the phone?
Yes! We have generic signage that is included which each phone. If you want a more customized sign please inquiry when booking.
Is there a time constraint for recording messages?
There is no time limit; guests can record their voice messages throughout the entirety of your event, which can last up to 8.5 hours.
Do the phones need to be connected to a landline or wifi?
Our phones come charged. Your Audio Guestbook can be arranged anywhere within your venue, whether its on a boat or atop a mountain! The fully charged phone gives you 8-10 hours. For the phones that are also powered by AA battery we will provide a spare in the box. For all other phones there will be a charger available to recharge.
How do I know my date is confirmed?
Once you submit your deposit, we can confirm that Voicemail Memoirs will be a part of your event.
When do I need to return the phone?
We understand that after an event as a celebrant you can be tired. We ask that you return your Voicemail Memoirs within three days of your event so we can begin working on your voicemails.
Do you remove any voicemails?
No! Each and every voicemail that is left at your event is special to you. The only time we will ever remove a voicemail is if it is requested by the client.
Do you do destination weddings?
Our phones are available for travel (who doesn’t love to travel), just order soon. We currently only ship to the USA and provide services in Ghana. If you are having a destination wedding please order your phone in advance so you can travel with it to your destination. When filling out the inquiry form be sure to state that it will be needed for destination and include the travel dates. Once you’ve returned, ship the phone back to us and we will handle the rest.
What are you safety recommendations?
We recommend using sanitizing wipes before and after each call as well as having hand sanitizer nearby for your guest to use.
